The first report showed that nearly all the Town Councils are doing well in managing SC&CC arrears and lift performance. Sembawang Town Council has done fairly well. We will continue to strive to improve on our scores for the next upcoming TCMR.

HDB Officials do all the inspection for cleanliness and maintenance. Their checklist for cleanliness includes things like bulky refuse, litter, graffiti, cobwebs and floor stains. Their checklist for maintenance includes obstruction at common corridor, unauthorized structure (e.g clothes hanging racks), condition of wall tiles, benches, staircase railings, electrical fittings and playground equipments.
 
 
How We Can Do Better?
 
First, and most importantly : give us your feedback and let us hear from you.
 
Second : act as the eyes and ears of the Town Council. You live in your block and you know first . TELL US.
 
Third : Do your part. Have consideration for your neighbours. Don’t litter or place items in the common area that may endanger your neighbours.
