in poor taste, with any illegal/offensive contents
and are harmful to society will be not be approved
by the Town Council.
- The Town Council shall not be responsible for any
loss, claim or damage suffered or incurred as result
of the use of the Merchants' products or services.
Any dispute about the services or products advertised
must be resolved with the Merchant.
- Sembawang Town Council is not an agent of the Merchants
or vice versa.
