Giro Form.
Unzip the file and open it with a PDF reader (download PDF reader here). Following
that, print the GIRO form out.
Sign the form once you have printed it out.
This form will instruct your bank
to make automatic deductions from your savings or current account to settle your
Sembawang Town Council monthly
payment.
Your Sembawang Town Council Account No. is the same as your HDB Account
No.
Return the completed form and mail it back to:
Please ensure that sufficient fund is maintained in your bank
account for deduction on the 18th of every month. If deduction is unsuccessful,
a subsequent
deduction will be made on the 3rd of the following month.
An annual statement
of account will be issued to reflect on the payment made for the year. You
can also verify payment from your bank passbook or statement
of account with the initial "TC". Kindly keep the Town Council
informed of any changes in your bank account.

Recurring Credit Card Payment Scheme
You can make recurring monthly payments
of the S&CC via your Visa/Master
card.|
Simply provide us with the particulars of you credit card, Town Council
Reference Number and address using the application form provided below,
and return the duly signed form to Sembawang Town Council.

The average processing period for your application by Sembawang Town Council
and the Banks is about 2 months. Sembawang Town Council will inform you of
the commencement date for the deduction.
Please inform Sembawang Town Council and your Bank if you wish to terminate
or change your Interbank Giro Service.
*The Normal S&CC rates are applicable
to residents/ tenants with the following criteria:
- where none of the owners
or tenants and none of the authorized occupiers of the flat are citizens
of Singapore
- where in the case of a flat sold by the HDB- any owner or essential occupiers
of the flat has an interest in any residential property not owned by or
vested in the HDB or any industrial or commercial property, whether or not
owned by
or vested in the board.
- where in the case of a flat let out by the HDB- any authorized occupier
of the flat has an interest in any residential property not owned by or vested
in the HDB or any industrial or commercial property, whether or not owned
by
or vested in the board.
- which is owned or let to any corporate body
- which is vacant
